HIDE SOCIETY LEATHER CO. — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. MADE-TO-ORDER COMMITMENT
Every HIDE SOCIETY BRICK HOUSE bag is handmade to order in a limited run of 5 slots per release. Once your order is confirmed, we source and cut your Oxblood pull-up leather and begin construction specifically for you. Build time is 21 days from order date.
Because each piece is made individually for you, all sales are final.
2. FINAL SALE ITEMS
- The BRICK HOUSE Bag: All sales final. Handmade to order, no returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or color variation.
- Wallets & Small Leather Goods: Final sale.
- Dust Bag: Included as a free gift with each BRICK HOUSE purchase. Free gifts are final and hold no cash value.
- Custom Name Embossing: Any personalization, including name embossing, initials, or custom stamping, makes the item final sale. No returns after personalization is applied.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS ONLY
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a true manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at hidesocietyleatherco.com with photos of the defect, packaging, and order number.
Approved defects do not include:
- Natural variation in Oxblood pull-up leather (color, texture, pull-up marks, fat wrinkles)
- Patina development over time
- Brass hardware tarnish or natural aging
If approved, we will offer repair or replacement at our discretion. Customer is responsible for return shipping for inspection unless the item is confirmed defective.
4. NO RETURNS AFTER PERSONALIZATION
Once embossing or any custom work has begun, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or altered.
