1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Hide Society Leather Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hide Society Leather Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. HANDMADE TO ORDER — LIMITED RUN
The BRICK HOUSE Bag is handmade by Desi in the USA in a limited run of 5 slots per release. Each bag is made from Oxblood pull-up leather with solid brass hardware.

Early Bird Pricing: $485 for the first 5 orders of each release
Regular Pricing: $560 thereafter

5 slots only. Once slots are filled, the release is closed.

3. MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
You acknowledge that Oxblood pull-up leather is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, texture, fat wrinkles, and pull-up marks are inherent characteristics — not defects. Each bag will develop a unique patina with use. Brass hardware will naturally age and tarnish.

4. BUILD TIME AGREEMENT
By placing an order, you agree to a 21-day build time (14-21 business days processing). This is a handmade product. Rushing the process compromises quality.

5. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
All payments for made-to-order items are considered deposits toward production and are non-refundable once leather has been cut. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we cannot fulfill.

6. PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Early bird pricing of $485 is limited and will automatically adjust to $560 regular pricing after early bird slots are filled.
